This home in Palm City, Florida took its inspiration from its tropical region and the local Key West architecture, while also remembering the owners’ heritage of the Deep South. The brief was to create an aesthetic that is coastal southern without being too “beachy.” The design included pops of bright colors and patterns to keep in touch with the Floridian aspect, while retaining a casual elegance that gives homage to the more traditional southern plantation style.
