This hotel near the beach in Melbourne, Australia is an iconic symbol in the St. Kilda neighborhood. The brief included the refurbishment of the hotel rooms, restaurant, and outdoor deck. A soft palette was chosen for the rooms, while art deco inspired materials and furnishing were selected for the adjoining award winning Circa restaurant. A Bedouin tent on the outdoor deck provides cover and protection for events.
